Congratulations on taking what may be a big first step in your personal health and wellness! Whether you have an acute injury, chronic pain, IBS or are over stressed, Traditional Chinese Medicine may have the answers for you.

Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on the root of the problem, helping to maintain the stability of the whole being, allowing for greater health. In past centuries, the elites of China would receive regular acupuncture and herbal treatments as well as exercise and correct diet to maintain health. In the case of illness, the acupuncturist/herbalist was expected to return them to health at no charge. So you can see, it was in the best interest of practitioners to keep their patients healthy! This is truly the greatest strength of TCM, and the main focus of my practice.

We all have a chance to catch a cold or get an injury. These things are not completely within our control. By being healthy and balanced, we have a much better chance to not catch that cold that’s going around, or to heal up that sprained ankle in 3 weeks instead of 3 months.
